Chef Chad Kelley STILL a hit at the Meddlesome Moth

He may no longer be present daily at the Meddlesome Moth, but Chef Chad Kelley's yummy creations still live fondly in the hearts of Dallas locals, as the Moth gets voted as one of the Best Brunch Spots in Dallas.  :)  His brunch specials, unchanged since his departure, are still getting rave reviews! :)

I haven't been back since the Luau that Jennifer put together. It was adequate but uninspired.

I asked a friend who was at the Moth how the new chef was doing. I was told "great - I had the Mother and Child Reunion, it was awesome!" which prompted a discussion on the difference between a chef and a cook.

The chef thought it up. The cook makes it again and again.

I really should go back there, I miss the beer selection, but since I live about 50 miles away, it's a LONG way to go for a beer.

Thanks Mike! Chad and I both very much appreciate your enthusiasm and love of Chad's creations. He always puts so much passion and vigor into the food he creates... We can't wait to give Dallas Chad's UNEDITED menu ideas.. someday soon ;) Keep ya posted!
