VERY FIRST Concert @ The NEW Cowboys Stadium!!! :)

Set amongst an All Star Country Cast, the new Dallas Cowboys Stadium opened it's doors for the very first time to throngs of eager and curious sports fans from all across Texas. Having purchased the rights to his very own seats in the stadium (for the next thirty years at least) my brother was amongst the curious, hoping to catch the first glimpse at his investment. No expense was spared when it came to the very first concert to bless the stadium, bringing in the biggest names in country music. Lee Ann Womack started the lineup which also included Blake Shelton, followed by Miss Reba, ending the night with a steller performance by Mr. George Strait himself.

Melinda and Andy's Wedding Day!

As more and more of my friends are marrying this year, I have found myself getting nervous for THEIR weddings as well as my own!! As I go through the process of preparing for my own wedding, I have inadvertently and unconsciously put myself in their shoes and have imagined myself walking up that aisle just as they have been doing for their own. This past weekend was no exception. One of my dearest friends and bridesmaid in my wedding had her very own special day in the Valley this Saturday and I was honored to be a part of it. Mrs. Melinda Gonzalez (formally Verduzco) looked simply RADIANT as she married her long time love, Andres (aka Andy) and we all had a blast at her wedding. Congratulations to the happy, beautiful Mr.& Mrs.!! Chad and I had a great time… and we can’t wait to see you in a few months at OUR wedding!

Our first day in the Valley for Melinda and Andy's wedding weekend was pretty much spent running around... Along with the excitement of having my very first wedding dress fitting, Chad and I also got to hang out with my beautiful niece Addie! She's sooooo big now, I can't even believe she's already a little over a year old. My how time flies!
